So, how did I get here?
After searching the web (social media), I felt like they're weren't any groups or platforms for fashion creatives; let alone stylists. I've spent the last 5 years or so building my business from the ground up and have really only had 1 mentor to show me the ropes and she didn't even look like me.
A little over a year ago, I decided to create a space for women like me, who were passionate about style and building a lucrative fashion business. After being told their wasn't much money to be made in styling, I was motivated to work even harder to beat the odds. I decided to leave my job in August 15, 2018 and took a leap of faith.
Fast forward to today, I am a full-time Consultant, Speaker and Coach for emerging wardrobe stylists, like yourself. I've been blessed to have been able to organically grow my business from a blog to a full service styling and branding firm. It's definitely been a process, but that's what makes me who I am today and why I am here.
My goal is to help stylists grow in their purpose, faith and calling through the Black Women Who Style platform and Style Squad community.
I'm excited for you to join me on this journey and I hope you're ready for what is to come.
